I do not care what others believe IF AND ONLY IF other people do NOT impose their beliefs on others. That is the irony of all religions - it never keeps to itself. Why is Israel slaughtering innocent people in Gaza ? Religion. Why did Hamas slaughter innocent people on Oct. 7 ? Religion ? Why did the Supreme Court remove freedoms from American women to allow American men to control what they can do with their own bodies ? Religion.

Atheism has nothing to do with being a bad person, or a good person. It simply means you do not believe in any gods…..but that still makes it a perceived threat to any religion, because of the reasons atheists do not believe in god: objective reasoning and critical thinking. Religious people need to make the discussion about morality, because every other argument they have crumbles against any analytical review. The mental gymnastics of deflections, and pivots, and ‘interpretations’ never ends.

I do have a motive to move the human race beyond medieval belief systems, because these belief systems have been and continue to be the greatest source of violence and prejudice against one another. It continues today:

Therefore, mathematically religion considers any source that results in losing followers to be a threat to the existence of that religion. This is why religion vilifies atheism. Religion lies and spreads false accusations about atheism because religion needs to bring atheism down to its own level in order to fabricate a comparison. This is why unethical religious people make false claims about atheism being a belief system.

So, my motive is not to ‘spread atheism’, since that makes no sense, but through increasing education of everyone, and teach critical thinking skills, and include teaching science, mathematics, literature, the arts, and accurate history, more people will let go of their religion, and as a consequence there will be more atheists as an end result.
